  • 6 chicken cutlets
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices Manchego cheese
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil

  • Beat the egg.
  • Mix the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
  • Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each milanesa.
  • Fold it in half like a quesadilla and secure it with toothpicks.
  • Dip the milanesas in the beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs until they are well coated.
  • Fry them on both sides in a pan with oil until golden brown.
