6 slices deli ham
6 slices Manchego cheese
1 pinch ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoons salt
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cups vegetable oil

Beat the egg.
Mix the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each milanesa.
Fold it in half like a quesadilla and secure it with toothpicks.
Dip the milanesas in the beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs until they are well coated.
Fry them on both sides in a pan with oil until golden brown.
