Put the corn flakes in a food processor and crush them. You should get 1 3/4 cups of corn flakes powder.
Put the crushed corn flakes on a plate. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Add the flour, salt, and pepper.
Stir the mixture well until it is smooth.
Pass the chicken pieces (clean and dry) through the mixture of milk and flour.
Then place the chicken on the cereal to coat it completely.
Place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet (sprayed with PAM cooking spray). Drizzle melted butter on top.
Bake at 180°C for 1 hour or until the chicken is tender, cooked, and golden brown (when the juices from the chicken run clear and it is no longer pink).
Serve hot with mashed potatoes and ketchup.
