1 kilo chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cups cow's milk
2 cups button mushrooms
1 serrano chile
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
2 tablespoons butter

Blend the cream, milk, broth, chipotle, and mushroom. Set aside.
In a pot, add the butter. Sauté the garlic, onion, and green chili in strips; once they are lightly browned, add the chicken and cook until golden.
Pour the blender mixture over the chicken and adjust the seasoning. Cook until the chicken is well done and serve.
