1 bag potato chips, marinated, crushed for breading
1 teaspoon oregano
1 1/2 cups wheat flour Great Value®
2 eggs
1 cup Great Value® canola oil
2/3 cups water
6 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Great Value® granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cups green onion stalks, sliced

Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the potato chips and oregano. Set aside.
Bread the chicken strips by passing them through flour, egg, and the breadcrumb mixture. Dip them a second time in egg and the breadcrumb mixture to ensure they are well coated.
Heat the oil in a deep skillet over high heat, and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
For the sauce, in a small pot over medium heat, heat the water with the ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Coat the chicken strips with the sauce and mix well to cover completely. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
