500 grams ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 cup beef broth
1/3 cups raisins
1/3 cups olives, chopped
2 tablespoons capers
3 tablespoons tomato purée
pepper , to taste
parsley , for garnish
rice, for serving

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes or until browned.
Add the beef broth, raisins, olives, capers, and tomato puree, mix well, and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
Reduce the heat, cover the skillet, and cook for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
