  • 3 chicken drumsticks

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a baking dish, add the chicken thighs, chicken legs, olive oil, thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary, bay leaf, salt, and pepper, pour in the white wine and mix until all ingredients are combined, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
