Dijon Chicken with Noodles

  • 4 chicken breasts, halved
  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk, or apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped
  • 1 can Campbells soup can, mushrooms
  • 1 package vermicelli noodle

  • Heat the butter in a 22 cm skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the skillet.
  • Lower the heat and add the onion, cook until translucent.
  • Add the soup, apple juice, mustard, and parsley to the skillet. Cook until it starts to boil and add the chicken. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
