  • 1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground
  • 400 grams beef tenderloin, sliced thinly
  • 100 grams arugula, washed and disinfected
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, in thin slices
