Easy Ground Beef Hash

Delicious ground beef hash made with ground beef, potatoes, carrots, peas, and Knorr® Tomato with Chicken Bouillon.

  • 1 container tomato broth with chicken, Knorr

  • Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion.
  • Add the potatoes and carrots. Fry for 2 min.
  • Sear the ground beef until it takes on a light golden color and separates well.
  • For the sauce, blend the tomato with the water and garlic. Strain and pour into the pot with the meat.
  • Add the peas and Knorr® Tomato with Chicken Bouillon.
  • Let it cook for 10 more minutes on low heat with the bay leaf.
