Place the ham on a rack. Make diagonal cuts on the surface of the ham to create a diamond pattern. Insert 1 clove in the center of each diamond. Dissolve the stevia in the lemon tea and add 1 cup of water to form a sort of honey. Pour over the ham. Arrange the pineapple slices around the outside of the ham. Place a cherry in the center of each slice and secure it with a toothpick.
Bake uncovered for 4-5 hours, basting frequently with its juices, until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 72ºC. If using a thermometer, make sure it is not touching the bone. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
