In a bowl, place the chicken breasts, garlic, chili flakes, ginger, pepper, soy sauce, and orange juice. Mix until all ingredients are combined and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
On a grill and with a little oil, cook on both sides for approximately 15 minutes.
Serve and accompany with white rice.
