  • 1 glass vinegar, homemade
  • 1 can Jalapeño chile, in slices
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 1/4 kilos new potatoes

  • 2 cloves

  • The chicken is washed, the skin is removed, seasoned with salt and pepper, and browned in olive oil.
  • Sherry, water, vinegar, and salt to taste are added.
  • In a small piece of cloth, the peppercorns, garlic, and cloves are placed, tied with a string, crushed with the pestle, and added to the chicken.
