4 tomatillos
4 ancho chiles
5 guajillo chiles
2 cloves garlic
4 small pepper

Fry the chops with chopped garlic in a skillet.
Roast the tomatoes, onion, chiles, garlic, pepper, and cloves. Then blend them with a little warm water.
Add the sauce to the chops, let it boil for a few minutes, and serve.
