  • The first step to making meatballs is to prepare the ingredients. For this, soak the piece of bread in milk to soften it and finely chop the onion and parsley.
  • Next, mix the meat with all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until everything is fully integrated, remember to drain the bread beforehand and add the cheese last. Check the seasoning and adjust if necessary by adding more salt or pepper to the mixture.
  • Finally, form small balls with the meat mixture and fry in hot oil. Watch them brown without burning and remove excess oil with paper towels. If you wish, you can dust them with a little flour before frying, but it is not necessary. These delicious meatballs can be eaten both cold and hot.
