German Style Steak

Try this delicious recipe for preparing beef steak, it's very simple. The butter you use to marinate the medallions keeps them moist and juicy. You can serve them with mashed potatoes or a green salad.

  • 20 beef tenderloins, in medallions
  • 1/4 kilos unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 6 tablespoons mustard
  • 6 tablespoons Maggi seasoning
  • 6 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon , just the juice
  • 6 ounces cognac

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Mix all the ingredients with the butter, integrate them very well.
  • Spread the previous mixture on the medallions and place them on a baking tray.
  • Bake the medallions for about 20 minutes or a little longer depending on the desired doneness of the meat.
  • Serve hot.
