Glazed Ham

  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • For the marinade, mix I Can't Believe It's not Butter® margarine with sugar and cinnamon. Once well combined, add both types of mustard and vinegar.
  • Spread this mixture over the ham, cover with aluminum foil, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 50 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

  • Once nicely browned, remove from the oven and let rest (covered) for 10 minutes before serving.
