  • 1/4 cups soy sauce 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 kilo pork belly

  • In a bowl, mix the sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.
  • Cut the pork belly into cubes of approximately 2 cm each. Place in the bowl with the previous mixture, stir, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Place the pork belly in the CHEFMAN RDO Air Fryer of 10 liters, select the baking option, and cook at 190 °C for 12 minutes or until the meat is golden brown.
