Try these delicious glazed ribs with a homemade sauce featuring a touch of Jumex® Único Fresco® orange, soy sauce, honey, and mustard. Your family will love the sweet and sour flavor of this sauce.
1 cup Jumex® Unique Fresh Orange, for the rib sauce

Mix the salt, pepper, brown sugar, onion powder, cumin, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Set aside.
Place the pork rack on a board, cover the meat with the spice mixture, then place on a baking tray and cover completely with aluminum foil.
Bake at 180 °C for 1 hour and a half.
Mix the honey, mustard, butter, soy sauce, and Jumex® Único Fresco® orange in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Place in a pot and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat or until the sauce thickens.
Remove the rack of ribs from the oven and brush with the previously mixed sauce. Return to the oven uncovered and bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes or until golden.
Serve on a board and accompany with yellow corn and baked potato.
