1 chicken breast

2 sprigs thyme
2 leaves bay
1 pinch oregano
4 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
2 cloves garlic

Cook the chicken breast with 1 clove of garlic and salt.
Slice the onion into julienne strips. Finely chop the tomato and the remaining clove of garlic.
Once the chicken breast is cooked, shred it well.
In a pot, add the onion, tomato, garlic, and let it cook well.
Season with thyme, oregano, bay leaf, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add the chicken and chipotle peppers, cook for an additional 15 minutes so that the ingredients blend well. Serve.
