2 cups fresh tuna loin, cut into cubes for skewers
2 cups pink shrimp
1/4 cups ginger, fresh and grated, for marinating
2 tablespoons chile seeds, for marinating
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, for marinating
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, for marinating
2 tablespoons raw sugar, for marinating
1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped, for marinating
1 tablespoon spearmint, finely chopped, for marinating
1 tablespoon lemon tea, fresh and finely chopped, for marinating
2 tablespoons sesame oil, for marinating
1/2 cups Kikkoman® lemon soy sauce, for marinating
1/4 cups lime juice, for marinating
6 bell pepper, baby, colorful, cut for skewers
6 green onions, small, for skewers
6 button mushrooms, cut in half, skewer size
1/2 cups olive oil
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® lemon soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoons chile seeds

To marinate, add ginger, chili seeds, garlic, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, cilantro, mint, lemon tea, sesame oil, Kikkoman® lemon soy sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well with the tuna and shrimp and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Form the skewers with the marinated tuna and shrimp along with colored peppers, green onion, and mushrooms.
Prepare a mixture with olive oil, Kikkoman® lemon soy sauce, black pepper, and chili seeds. Brush the skewers with this mixture and grill them for about 10 minutes.
