Ground Beef Meatballs

This is grandma's recipe for making meatballs that will take you back to your childhood with its delicious flavor.

  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cups frozen spinach, without liquid
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 cup onion, chopped

  • Blend the cheese, salt, spinach, pepper, and onion until a cream is obtained.
  • Cook the meatball sauce over medium heat, when it reaches a rolling boil, reduce the heat to the lowest point, cook for 5 more minutes, stirring and remove.
  • With clean hands, form meatballs approximately 2 inches in size, bake in the oven at 400 °C for 20 to 22 minutes.
  • Pour the meatballs into the prepared sauce, serve.
