Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a skillet, sauté the onion over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until it is soft.
Mix the onion with the ground meat, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Form 4 hamburgers from the ground meat.
Put a few drops of olive oil on top of the hamburger meat.
Toast the hamburger buns.
Cook the hamburger meat on the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side (for medium).
Heat the skillet again over medium heat and add a little oil and the sliced mushrooms.
Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper and sauté until soft, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a small bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, mayonnaise, and freshly ground pepper.
Assemble the hamburgers: place the meat on the bun, then the Swiss cheese, and top with the mushrooms.
Spread the balsamic mayonnaise on the bread tops and place spinach leaves.
Serve with sliced tomatoes drizzled with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped green onions on top.
Enjoy this great hamburger.
