  • 80 grams chicken thigh
  • 400 grams carrot
  • 450 grams potato
  • 1 bunch chard
  • 250 grams tomatillo
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 tubs cream
  • 1/2 unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic

  • Bring the chicken to a boil with salt and onion, if you like, until it is perfectly cooked.
  • Wash the vegetables and Swiss chard, peel the vegetables separately, and chop them into cubes, then cut the Swiss chard into strips.
  • In a saucepan, heat the oil and butter, then add onions, tomatoes, and carrots, and add the chicken without broth.
  • When the carrot is soft, add the potato, Swiss chard, cream, pepper, garlic, and salt to taste. Stir constantly.
  • Let it season until the potato is soft and serve hot.
