450 grams beef tenderloin
1/4 cups onion, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon thyme

In a deep bowl, mix the onion, parsley, vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic, and thyme.
Take the meat and coat it with the garlic mixture, ensuring the entire surface is covered.
Place in a plastic bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Remove the meat and discard the marinade.
Place the meat in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes (for medium-rare meat).
