Cut the chicken breasts into strips and season with salt and pepper. Then, using a food processor, grind the chicken.
Add two beaten eggs and mix very well.
Using two spoons, take a portion of the mixture and bake at 200 °C for 10 minutes.
Remove the nuggets from the oven and while they cool, prepare the flour with pepper on one plate, beat the remaining eggs on another plate, and place the breadcrumbs on a third plate.
Coat each nugget first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry the nuggets until they are well cooked inside and slightly golden outside.
