Homemade Chicken Nuggets

The traditional chicken nuggets you find in fast food, but made by yourself. What are you waiting for to prepare them?

  • 4 boneless chicken breast, and cut into strips
  • 4 eggs
  • flour, the necessary
  • breadcrumbs, the necessary
  • salt, to taste
  • canola oil, for frying the nuggets
  • pepper, to taste

  • Cut the chicken breasts into strips and season with salt and pepper. Then, using a food processor, grind the chicken.
  • Add two beaten eggs and mix very well.
  • Using two spoons, take a portion of the mixture and bake at 200 °C for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the nuggets from the oven and while they cool, prepare the flour with pepper on one plate, beat the remaining eggs on another plate, and place the breadcrumbs on a third plate.
  • Coat each nugget first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  • Fry the nuggets until they are well cooked inside and slightly golden outside.
