Honey and Soy Chops

This recipe for pork chops is made on the grill and glazed with a honey soy sauce. It’s a great recipe for beginners due to its simplicity.

  • Preheat the grill on high.
  • Prepare the sauce by mixing honey, soy sauce, and ginger. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Season the chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • When the grill is hot, lightly oil it with the oil.
  • Cook the chops until done, about 7 minutes on each side.
  • Using a brush, coat the chops with the prepared sauce and return to the grill for 30 more seconds on each side.
  • Serve the chops with rice and vegetables.
