This honey turkey recipe is truly delicious and simple. You don’t necessarily have to prepare it at Christmas, as in addition to the delicious taste, it will emit a sweet aroma that will remind you of this time of year.

12 seedless prunes
180 grams walnuts
3 tablespoons honey
400 grams ground pork

1 egg

Soak the plums overnight.
Remove them from the soaking.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Coarsely chop the walnuts and stuff the plums with them; dip the plums in honey.
Place the pork meat in a bowl, add the plums and finely chopped onion. Season.
Finally, add the egg and mix.
Place the stuffing inside the previously cleaned and seasoned turkey, cover it with aluminum foil and butter.
Bake for 1 hour and a half, remove the aluminum foil and baste it with the cooking juices; cover it with a layer of honey.
Wrap it again and continue baking for another hour and a half.
To make the skin crispy, remove the aluminum foil 40 minutes before the cooking time is up.
