Hot Dog with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

  • For the sauce, in a medium skillet add the butter and cook the onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
  • Add the thyme, cook the white wine until reduced, and then add the cream. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat the oil and fry the Argentine chorizo until golden brown.
  • On a piece of Villaggio® hot dog bread, place the Argentine chorizo, drizzle with a bit of mushroom sauce, garnish with chives, and serve with French fries.
