Hot Wings in the Oven

  • Pam® Original, canola oil spray
  • 20 chicken wings, cleaned
  • 5 teaspoons parsley, chopped 5 teaspoons parsley, chopped

  • 30 dried árbol chiles, soaked

  • Blend the chili with orange juice, garlic, salt, and pepper and set aside.
  • Marinate the previously cleaned wings in the above preparation and add the chopped parsley, refrigerate for a whole day.
  • Spray a baking tray with two sprays of PAM® Original, covering the entire tray, place the wings, and spray them directly with another spray of PAM® Original to help them brown. Bake the wings at 170°C for 30 minutes.
