Italian Chicken with Serrano Ham Crust

  • 4 chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
  • 1 cup artichoke
  • 1 package Extra Special Goat Cheese®, crumbled
  • 8 slices serrano ham
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups Great Value® whole milk
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • salt and pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper and add thyme.
  • On one chicken cutlet, add goat cheese and artichokes, roll it up, and wrap it in serrano ham.
  • Place the chicken breasts on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, until cooked through.
  • For the sauce, in a blender, add cream cheese, dehydrated tomato, and milk, and blend until combined.
  • In a pot, pour the sauce and let it cook for 5 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper, and oregano.
