Jam Ribs

Pork ribs prepared with apricot jam for a sweet touch.

  • 3 kilos pork ribs
  • 1/2 liters ketchup
  • 250 grams apricot jam
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning sauce

  • Mix the ketchup, jam, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and Maggie juice.
  • Once everything is mixed, it is spread on the previously washed pork ribs. Let it marinate for one to two hours in the refrigerator.
  • Place the ribs in a baking dish covered with aluminum foil and put them in the oven for about 40 minutes to an hour.
