1/2 cups olive oil
2 cups sifted flour
2 eggs
1 cup cow's milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 kilos chicken, cut into eighths

Wash the chicken pieces. Mix flour and salt in a bowl, add lightly beaten eggs, milk, and melted butter.
Stir until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous batter.
Coat each piece of chicken in the batter.
Fry a few pieces at a time to ensure they brown nicely, adjusting the heat so they cook through and brown on the outside.
Drain on an absorbent paper towel and keep in a warm oven until serving.
