Delicious Greek-style lamb gyro recipe. It's simply delicious; gyros are a delicacy as the lamb meat is served on pita bread and dressed with a yogurt-cucumber sauce. Try it, you won't regret it.

400 grams lamb
3 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons thyme
2 teaspoons oregano
1/4 cups olive oil
1 onion
1 tomato
4 pita breads

Cut the meat into thin strips (as if it were pastor meat).
Crush the garlic and in a bowl, mix the meat with garlic, thyme, and oregano. Stir well.
Next, add the olive oil to the mixture and refrigerate (preferably for one day).
In a pan, fry the meat (wait until the pan is very hot).
After frying the meat, remove the excess oil.
Slice the onion and tomato into julienne strips.
Heat the pita bread, and when it's warm, add the meat and vegetables (onion and tomato).
