Lamb Kebabs

This delicious lamb meat recipe cooked on a grill is ideal for a family meal.

  • 750 grams lamb leg, boneless
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cups fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper

  • Prepare your grill whether it is charcoal or gas.
  • Mix all the ingredients except for the lamb in a food processor to make the marinade.
  • Cut the leg of lamb into cubes and mix in a deep bowl with the marinade.
  • Put the lamb cubes on skewers.
  • Cook the skewers for approximately 6 minutes on the grill (cooking time may vary based on the heat level of your grill).
  • Remove the skewers from the heat and serve.
