Arab Sandwich

  • 400 grams lamb leg, in medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pimentón
  • 1 tablespoon chile flakes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • 2 telera rolls, in half
  • McCormick® Chipotle Flavored Mayonnaise Dressing
  • butterhead lettuce
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers, in strips and grilled
  • 1 cup tomato, in quarters, grilled
  • 1 cup red onion, in slices

  • In a bowl, mix the lamb leg, parsley, paprika, and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • In a medium heat grill, heat the oil. Add the meat and cook for 15 minutes until well done.
  • Spread McCormick® Chipotle Flavor Mayonnaise Dressing on the bread tops. Place a layer of lettuce and add the cooked meat, peppers, tomato, and onion.
  • Serve the Arab sandwich on a board, cut in half, and enjoy!
