400 grams lamb leg, in medium cubes
1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons pimentón
1 tablespoon chile flakes
salt
pepper
olive oil
2 telera rolls, in half
McCormick® Chipotle Flavored Mayonnaise Dressing
butterhead lettuce
1 cup mixed bell peppers, in strips and grilled
1 cup tomato, in quarters, grilled
1 cup red onion, in slices

In a bowl, mix the lamb leg, parsley, paprika, and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a medium heat grill, heat the oil. Add the meat and cook for 15 minutes until well done.
Spread McCormick® Chipotle Flavor Mayonnaise Dressing on the bread tops. Place a layer of lettuce and add the cooked meat, peppers, tomato, and onion.
Serve the Arab sandwich on a board, cut in half, and enjoy!
