1.5 pounds lamb, chopped

Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic and pour over the lamb.
Let marinate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Thread the lamb onto 8 skewers and cook on a preheated grill for 8-12 minutes, turning once.

Warm the pita bread and cut, inserting the meat into the bread.
