Kebab with Tsatziki Sauce made with FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt

  • 1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt, for the Tsatziki
  • 1/2 garlic, for the Tsatziki
  • 1/2 cucumbers, peeled and diced, for the Tsatziki
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped, for the Tsatziki
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, for the Tsatziki
  • pepper, for the Tsatziki
  • dash olive oil, for the Tsatziki
  • 650 ground lamb
  • 6 tablespoons onion, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper, ground

  • For the Kebab: 1. Combine the meat and onion in a large bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, oregano, mint, and stir constantly.
  • Add the spice mixture to the meat mixture and mix with your hands.
  • Divide into several portions and roll onto a skewer stick. Place them on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Using a grill, cook the kebabs, turning them once, until cooked and slightly charred on the outside.
  • For the tsatziki: In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the garlic, cucumber, dill, and lemon juice.
  • Grind the pepper and add a splash of olive oil.
