1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt, for the Tsatziki
1/2 garlic, for the Tsatziki
1/2 cucumbers, peeled and diced, for the Tsatziki
1 tablespoon dill, chopped, for the Tsatziki
1 tablespoon lemon juice, for the Tsatziki
pepper, for the Tsatziki
dash olive oil, for the Tsatziki
650 ground lamb
6 tablespoons onion, grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons peppermint
1 tablespoon black pepper, ground

For the Kebab: 1. Combine the meat and onion in a large bowl.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, oregano, mint, and stir constantly.
Add the spice mixture to the meat mixture and mix with your hands.
Divide into several portions and roll onto a skewer stick. Place them on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Using a grill, cook the kebabs, turning them once, until cooked and slightly charred on the outside.
For the tsatziki: In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the garlic, cucumber, dill, and lemon juice.
Grind the pepper and add a splash of olive oil.
