Add a little oil to a pan and heat until very hot.
Add the lamb until browned and remove from heat.
Let the pan cool and fry the onion, garlic, and chili until soft. Add the breadcrumbs, seasonings, and let cool - To make this more delicious, add a teaspoon of mint to the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yoghurt.
Season the lamb to taste and place in a roasting pan, topping with the breadcrumbs.
Bake until cooked to preference.
Serve with FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yoghurt.
