Lamb in Chile Crust with Greek Yoghurt

A fabulous recipe for dinner to share with family and friends, try this lamb in chile crust with Greek yoghurt, you’ll see everyone will love it.

  • 2 rack of lamb
  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2/3 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 red chile, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 1 pinch oil
  • salt , and pepper to taste

  • Add a little oil to a pan and heat until very hot.
  • Add the lamb until browned and remove from heat.
  • Let the pan cool and fry the onion, garlic, and chili until soft. Add the breadcrumbs, seasonings, and let cool - To make this more delicious, add a teaspoon of mint to the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yoghurt.
  • Season the lamb to taste and place in a roasting pan, topping with the breadcrumbs.
  • Bake until cooked to preference.
  • Serve with FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yoghurt.
