1 tablespoon sea salt
1 onion
1 cup white vinegar
oregano
2 leaves bay
1 pinch thyme
1 kilo pig feet, pork, well washed

In a pot, pour in the olive oil and heat over low heat.
Once hot, add the onion until it becomes transparent; at this point, add the vinegar, salt, oregano, bay leaf, and thyme.
Let it boil and turn off the heat, check the seasoning; wait for it to cool and add the leg. Mix well.
