6 chicken fillet, chicken breast
3/4 cups lime juice
1 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
4 tablespoons sour cream, low fat
1/4 onions
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped

Spray a skillet with 6 shots of PAM® Butter and sear the chicken breasts on both sides, then season with salt and pepper. Let cook over medium heat.
Blend the cup of lemon with the cilantro, onion, and finely chopped garlic.
Spray a saucepan with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and heat the cream, adding the cilantro and lemon mixture gradually until the sauce is incorporated.
