Lemon Chicken in Cilantro Sauce

  • 6 chicken fillet, chicken breast
  • 3/4 cups lime juice
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream, low fat
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped

  • Spray a skillet with 6 shots of PAM® Butter and sear the chicken breasts on both sides, then season with salt and pepper. Let cook over medium heat.
  • Blend the cup of lemon with the cilantro, onion, and finely chopped garlic.
  • Spray a saucepan with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and heat the cream, adding the cilantro and lemon mixture gradually until the sauce is incorporated.
