Lemon Parmesan Chicken

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon chives, finely chopped

  • In a bowl, mix the butter with the lemon zest, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the parmesan cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, breadcrumbs, and chopped green onions, and set aside.
  • Dip the chicken breasts in the melted butter and coat with the previous mixture. Set aside.
  • Place the breasts on the rack of the Chefman® multifunctional air fryer, press the temperature button to 390°F, and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Serve on a flat plate, accompanied by a salad.
