  • 599 grams beef, preferably flank
  • 4 chayotes, peeled and chopped into cubes
  • 4 carrots, peeled and chopped into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 leaf bay
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 cube chicken broth

  • Cook the beef flank in enough water with 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, and salt.
  • Wash, peel, and chop the vegetables into cubes, and remove the stems from the spinach, disinfect in water for 5 minutes, and sauté in olive oil.
  • Add the tomatoes, onion, and garlic, and let cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the cooked and shredded flank along with the chicken cube. Let season for 5 minutes.
  • Serve garnished with steamed broccoli.
  • It can be served with white brown rice.
