599 grams beef, preferably flank
4 chayotes, peeled and chopped into cubes
4 carrots, peeled and chopped into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 leaf bay
1 bunch spinach
1 cube chicken broth

Cook the beef flank in enough water with 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, and salt.
Wash, peel, and chop the vegetables into cubes, and remove the stems from the spinach, disinfect in water for 5 minutes, and sauté in olive oil.
Add the tomatoes, onion, and garlic, and let cook for 3 minutes.
Add the cooked and shredded flank along with the chicken cube. Let season for 5 minutes.
Serve garnished with steamed broccoli.
It can be served with white brown rice.
