Meat and Olive Pizzeta

Prepare this pizzeta with meat and olives, which is perfect for a movie night or a weekend meal. It’s very easy to make, and you can customize it with your favorite ingredients.

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 500 grams meat
  • 1 teaspoon pimentón

  • 100 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cups tomato purée

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Mix the flour with the salt and a pinch of sugar.
  • Add the water and then the oil, knead until the dough doesn’t stick to your hands. (You may need to add more water or flour depending on how the dough behaves). Let the dough rest.
  • Flour a flat, firm surface and roll out the dough with a rolling pin to the desired thickness, and poke holes with a fork to prevent it from puffing up.
  • Place the meat in a skillet with garlic, onion, and paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste. When the meat is almost ready, add the chopped olives.
  • Spread the tomato puree over the dough, a layer of ham, and the meat mixture, then a layer of cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
