Meat in its Juice

This meat in its juice is easy and quick to prepare and will be to the liking of your family and guests.

  • 1/2 kilos meat, beef fillet
  • 4 tomatillos, large
  • 1 granulated chicken bouillon, chicken broth
  • 3 serrano chiles, or serrano
  • 100 grams bacon, chopped
  • fresh cilantro, to taste
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Heat the oil in a pot and fry the bacon until golden or to taste; once fried, remove and set aside.
  • Season the meat with salt and pepper, and in the same oil used for the bacon, add the meat and add one and a half cups of water, and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes, chiles, cilantro, Knorr or chicken broth, and a little of the meat juice with some pieces of meat to the blender and blend.
  • Once blended, add this mixture to the meat and let it cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
