Meat Patties with Pasta

  • 500 grams ground meat, pork
  • 2 sprigs parsley , finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 package screw pasta
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • deli ham, thick pieces
  • granulated chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Season the ground meat with salt and pepper, add the parsley and garlic, and once well mixed, start making meatballs and then flatten them.
  • Fry the patties in the oil and once they are golden brown, drain them.
  • In a separate pot, bring water to a boil with 2 tablespoons of butter, and once boiling, add the package of fusilli and let it cook until al dente, drain the pasta, season with chicken bouillon, and add the ham in pieces.
