Meatballs with Macaroni Pasta

This delicious recipe for meatballs with macaroni pasta is very easy to make, featuring a creamy cheese sauce that your family will love.

  • 1 envelope Knorr® cheesy bacon macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 teaspoon Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 350 grams ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® beef bouillon
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 leaves spearmint

  • Mix the meat with Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon and the egg. Form the meatballs.
  • Blend the tomato with 1 cup of water. Strain.
  • Cook the meatballs in the previous broth for 10 minutes. Add the mint and cook for 5 more minutes or until they are well cooked and the broth is thick.
  • Prepare Knorr® Macaroni with creamy cheese and bacon sauce according to the package instructions.
  • Serve the macaroni on a plate and top with the meatballs.
