Mix the meat with Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon and the egg. Form the meatballs.
Blend the tomato with 1 cup of water. Strain.
Cook the meatballs in the previous broth for 10 minutes. Add the mint and cook for 5 more minutes or until they are well cooked and the broth is thick.
Prepare Knorr® Macaroni with creamy cheese and bacon sauce according to the package instructions.
Serve the macaroni on a plate and top with the meatballs.
