Mexican Chicken Flautitas

  • Pam® Original, canola oil spray
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 24 tortillas, taqueras
  • 3 Jalapeño chiles, finely chopped
  • 1 cup lettuce, in strips
  • 1/2 cups tomato , in cubes
  • 2 cups chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons queso fresco, shredded
  • 4 teaspoons low-fat sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Spray a skillet with two shots of PAM® Original and cook the onion, garlic, and jalapeño pepper. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the tortillas in the microwave and fill with the chicken mixture, rolling them up into flautas.
  • Spray each flautita with 2 shots of PAM® Original and bake at 180°C for fifteen minutes, or until golden brown.
