Mexican Chicken with Peppers.

This recipe has a special flavor; the peppers with cream give taste to the chicken, in addition to being a very colorful dish.

  • red bell peppers, green and yellow
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro
  • olive oil , necessary amount
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chickens
  • chicken stock, or chicken broth

  • Julienne all the peppers, garlic, and onion.
  • Heat olive oil and sauté the onion.
  • Once they are transparent, add the peppers and tomato, and finally the chicken and broth.
  • Add Italian herbs and season with salt and pepper. Done! Serve with rice to your liking.
