Mexican Chicken with Peppers.

1 onion
5 cloves garlic
2 tomatoes
1/2 cups fresh cilantro
olive oil , necessary amount
salt
pepper
chickens
chicken stock, or chicken broth

Julienne all the peppers, garlic, and onion.
Heat olive oil and sauté the onion.
Once they are transparent, add the peppers and tomato, and finally the chicken and broth.
Add Italian herbs and season with salt and pepper. Done! Serve with rice to your liking.
