1/2 kilos longaniza, or chorizo
1/2 kilos pork shoulder steak
1 onion
4 nopales
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Clean the nopales, add a little salt, and cut into strips. Set aside.
Slice the onion into strips and set aside.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper and set aside.
Fry the steaks in a skillet with a little oil, remove from heat, and cut into strips. Set aside.
Remove the skin from the longaniza and fry it in the same skillet. Once cooked, remove from heat and place on a plate.
Fry the onion and nopales with the fat from the longaniza; once cooked, add the steak and longaniza, and let it cook for 10 more minutes. Serve.
