Mixed Beef Stew

Delicious beef recipe accompanied by carrot and peas is a very simple preparation to make, it won't take much time in the kitchen and your family will love it.

  • 2 tablespoons Knorr Tomate® tomato bouillon
  • 600 grams beef tenderloin, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 cup onion, cut into medium squares
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, peeled and in thick slices
  • 1/2 cups peas, clean
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine

  • Cut the meat into cubes.
  • Seal the meat with Margarina Primavera Chantilly® No Salt.
  • Cut the onion into squares.
  • Add the onion and garlic to the pan and sauté.
  • Cut the carrot into slices.
  • Cut the tomato into eight pieces.
  • Incorporate the tomato and carrot, let it cook for 7 minutes.
  • Add the peas.
  • Pour in the water.
  • Season with Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning.
  • Lower the heat.
  • Let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • Serve.
